Mariah and Katie were in a gymnastics class this summer- I didn't get the greatest pictures... but they did really well. With a little help and on nice mats- both girls could do back handsprings. I caught Mariah going up into a handstand, Katie being helped with her tripod, and both girls at the end (Mariah was a helper in Katie's last class)

 

We went camping as a family- a quick but nice little retreat- whew- this summer is flying way too fast~

Dad has been fired as camera-man of parades. This is the best shot we have of Mariah's part in the Atomic Days Parade :-) Dad will go back to helping Katie pick up the few morsels of candy she manages to pick up out of the wads of candy thrown in her direction- while Mommy takes pictures!!! 

Okay- I promise to go lightly on the pictures of the puppy dog- but this one was kindof funny- she is sleeping on a book "How Do Dinosaurs Say Good Night?"  

Cute pictures of Belle- Mariah's puppy- as you can see, Mariah is trying to make sure she is an all girl puppy!! hee, hee, hee.... I remember dressing up a kitten when I was younger too! 

4th of july parade
